Meet Ashley Deleon

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

I believe we all come from different backgrounds, and it is our responsibility to unlearn the maladaptive behaviors and thoughts we were taught and rewrite our story. Going through this journey of life, we may face obstacles; pain, hurt, and disappointment. Often, we oversee the beauty hidden within. We all need outside help at times to improve our overall way of life.

As an empath, I have deep empathy and compassion for my clients, however I am very honest. I believe honesty is the key ingredient in healing therapeutically. I am passionate and completely present for each session to help my clients get the care and amount of respect that is needed to heal. I am beyond grateful to assist in helping you create a better mindset, future, and confidence to live a healthy fulfilled life.

I have a passion for helping others cope with anxiety, reduce depression symptoms, trauma, build overall confidence, and self-esteem. I have worked as a sexual assault advocate for over five years and have experience supporting women recovering from addiction. I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

It is important we become aware and able to control our thoughts and view them, instead of leading by them. Once that is achieved, a shift happens. We can then live with less stress and pressure from the narrative we have going on in our head, and actually allow ourselves to live more happily, yet fulfilled.
