Meet Brittany Bates
Licensed Specialist in School Psychology & Licensed Professional Counselor
The complex circumstances that life serves us can drive a wedge between our realities and our true visions for our lives. Our schedules and responsibilities often take precedence over our emotional and mental health needs. However, I am an advocate for prioritizing mental health as we do physical health.
We are active participants in maximizing the experience of life. My focus is to assist you in obtaining a deeper understanding of self and embracing the most self-actualized version of yourself. In doing so, I understand that wellness is not "one size fits all", so the approach is tailored to you.
My educational and professional background is in psychology and education, and I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I strive to create a therapeutic environment characterized by authenticity, honesty, and support. The therapeutic relationship is one of mutual respect and non-judgmental acceptance. I look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey!
