Meet Danielle Patton

Licensed Professional Counselor

National Certified Counselor

Mental health is as valuable as physical health. I am a strong believer in trusting the therapeutic process. This may sound cliché', but there is much validity to the statement. I provide a safe space where you are free to be who you are, even if you do not know who that is yet. Life experiences may be apart of who we are, but they do not have to define us. Effective Counseling can change the trajectory of one’s life. Getting to the root of an issue, acknowledging and confronting it, then doing the work are all necessary steps to promote positive mental health.

I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor and have over 10 years of experience which does not include life experience. My experience ranges from individual counseling from early childhood to late adulthood. I enjoy utilizing William Glasser’s Reality/Choice Therapy, my theoretical orientation is eclectic because I incorporate the use of Solution - Focused Therapy as well.

I am a facilitator, helping my clients develop the coping skills to achieve those goals they have for their future.
