Meet Kashara Payne

Licensed Professional Counselor

There is light at the other side of the tunnel. The current state you’re in does not have to be where you become stuck. Sometimes we allow circumstances and situations to deprive us of living the best life we can.

Your mental health is valuable. Seeking therapy can help you remedy parts of life that stand between “who you are” to “who you want to be.” My desire is to help my clients develop the tools, find resources, and attain skills needed to obtain the quality of life they desire.

I am trained and competent in servicing adolescents ages 6-17, adults, families, couples, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and persons of multicultural backgrounds. I particularly specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, substance/alcohol use, women issues, teen behavioral issues and self-actualization.

Life sometimes can make us feel many different emotions. Ultimately, our quality of life depends on how we deal with those emotions. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Once you take the initiative, you will have a therapist who will provide you with all of the tools that you need to achieve your goals.
