Meet Miranda DiBenedetto

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi! Welcome to all who are looking to find hope, peace and relief. My goal is to help you achieve your goals. I have a strong background in the mental health field and have assisted individuals going through all walks of life. I have experience working in inpatient hospitalization settings and intensive outpatient settings. Seeking help is the first and most difficult step in overcoming the pain, confusion and challenges you currently are facing- but here you are! You are capable of achieving hard things and through therapy you will build the strength and resiliency you need to navigate this mysterious thing called life.

I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, domestic violence, victims of crime, self-esteem and self-confidence, grief and loss, relationship concerns and much more. I will guide you in exploring, processing, problem solving, and understanding the thoughts and feelings that impact our behaviors and our lives. I utilize REBT, among other therapeutic techniques, and am a firm believer in Positive Psychology- that we have control over our life and our thoughts, and it’s our reactions to the actions that bring us grief or peace.
