Meet Sonya Coe-Milo
Licensed Specialist in School Psychology & Licensed Professional Counselor
It’s been said, it’s not the load that breaks us down, but the way we carry it (Anonymous).
Is it getting harder for you to carry your load? If so, let’s work together to unpack your load (beliefs), reorganize your possessions (thoughts) to not only lighten the burden but also leave ample room for a brighter future!
I support children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups to address emotional lability, behavior difficulties, anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and personal growth. I have an educational and professional background in the juvenile justice system, battered women’s shelters, psychology, and public education.
During the therapy process, I assist clients in discovering dysfunctional thought patterns and developing healthy ones. In doing so, clients will uncover their strengths, build support systems, and develop healthy thought patterns to build the foundation for life success. My question to you is, are you ready to unpack?
