No Show/Cancellation

There is a 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy. After 24 hours, you will be charged $50/$65 for your scheduled appointment. It is to Right Mentality’s discretion to forfeit incurred charges.

There is a $100/$150 charge for missed/no-show appointments for new and reoccurring clients.

After 10 minutes of being tardy, you are still responsible for the full fee and the session may not proceed and you may be asked to reschedule.

Your insurance does not cover late cancellation and missed appointment fees. You will be solely responsible for these fees.

*We appreciate prompt arrival for appointments. Please notify us at 832-757-5856 if you will be late or for late cancellation/rescheduling.

Before We Get Started

Once you schedule an appointment, you will be sent over electronic documents that should be filled out at least 24 hours after receipt of email. The documents consist of intake information needed to secure your appointment. If your documents are not completed, you may be asked to reschedule at a later time.

All information will be reviewed which limits the need to fill out any paperwork at the time of your appointment.  You are asked to upload your drivers licenses, insurance card, and any other documentation requested for your chart.

Payments are collected the day of each session.
