Meet Crysy Johnson

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

Congratulations on taking the first step in your journey to change and/or healing!

I'm sure that this is a huge step for you. This comes with a whirlwind of emotions and feelings. My belief is that all people hold the power to change and grow but may sometimes need guidance to tap into those things.

As your therapist, I hope to create a safe and supportive space that is free of judgement and tailored to fit your needs. Through our collaboration, I hope that you develop a deeper understanding of your truest self to make the

changes necessary for continued evolution.

The foundation to my therapeutic approach implements cognitive behavioral techniques, which allow you as the client to recognize and

change underlying thoughts, beliefs as well as actions and behaviors that have affected your life in a negative manner.

I aim to empower you, and provide you with the tools that allow you implement positive change in your life. Because I believe in the re-organization of the mind, I will assist you in shifting your mindset to no longer focus on problems, but the solution.

Therapy can make us feel vulnerable but can also empower and strengthen us.

I am ready to work with you to build on your strengths, collaborate on goals, attain personal growth, and work through strategies that will allow you to live your best life!
